Thanks to excellent planning and communication, the installation went perfectly smoothly and exactly as agreed. Again, they were very careful and attentive. Nine years ago, I purchased a 7.49 kWp PV system and storage system from Nordicsolar. Since May 2025, I've been in contact with Nordicsolar regarding a complaint, as half of the system is no longer working. Despite repeated email and phone inquiries, I've received no support. My concerns are laughed at rather than taken seriously, and I haven't been offered a solution yet. For an investment of this magnitude, I expect reliable service and competent support. After a few years, Nordicsolar seems to no longer provide either. This is very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.
