Oliver Franke Naturgärten

Mr. Franke designed and created a wonderful, sunny wildflower bed for us! It's not only a real eye-catcher in front of our house, but also stands out thanks to the clever selection of species with flowering times throughout the year, providing food and structure for a wide variety of insects. All in all, we are extremely satisfied!

We have already commissioned Oliver Franke's company twice for major garden redesign projects. What we truly appreciate is their expert advice, which focuses on finding customer-oriented solutions that create a natural garden. Accepting our (new, smaller) requests, even on short notice, has never been a problem. The quality and execution of the work not only impresses us, but also our friends and neighbors. We are grateful that Mr. Franke and his team have transformed our garden so beautifully.

Mr. Franke and his team rebuilt and redesigned an existing, larger pond on our property and created a wildflower meadow. In our opinion, the work was carried out to a very high standard. Agreements and deadlines were met, and Mr. Franke responded flexibly to questions and change requests, offering his own excellent suggestions. We would like to emphasize his extensive expertise and his ability to explain complex issues clearly and understandably, which truly empowered us to make informed decisions. After a two-month wait, the initial appointment with Mr. Franke took place at my home on May 16th. I received the invoice for €62.49 that same day and paid it immediately. A week later, I was informed by email that the collaboration would not be going ahead – unfortunately, without any explanation. I generally understand when a job is declined. However, it is incomprehensible to me that an invoice was issued when no consultation or other discernible service was provided during the appointment. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, unlike anything I have had with other tradespeople –

Mr. Franke and his colleague completely redesigned the garden of our detached house with the goal of creating an insect- and bird-friendly paradise. They got even more out of our garden than we thought possible. The result is even better than we had expected. Both were very friendly and considerate, and left the work area spotless. They also always had creative ideas to spontaneously accommodate our wishes and the existing conditions – whether it was the selection of plants or the design and layout. We will definitely contact Mr. Franke again for any future projects.
