We are completely satisfied with Optima Garages. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally, transparently, and reliably. Communication was clear, deadlines were met, and questions or special requests were addressed quickly and with a focus on finding solutions. Warning!!! Unfortunately, the service is a complete disaster and the quality is abysmal. Employees constantly give conflicting information, and promises/agreements are worthless without anything in writing! There are cracks in the wall plaster and problems with drainage. See photos. Oh, and it's even leaking inside, see photos. Google reviews are regularly deleted!!! Trustpilot, Kununu, and golocal are more informative – as they haven't been deleted immediately!

We bought the garage in February, and the consultant gave us good advice, in my opinion. After the down payment, we had enough time to prepare the foundation slab. Then we got an appointment for the garage to be installed. The appointment was kept, and despite less than ideal weather conditions, the installation team put the garage up in about 5-6 hours. They were both great. We'll see how the garage performs in real-world use.

Update: Even involving a lawyer hasn't brought about a final solution, as Optima/their lawyer repeatedly state their intention to rectify the defects, but never actually do so. There has been no proper coordination of appointments, work, materials, etc., on the part of Optima or their lawyer. Just a few examples: one technician applied excessive amounts of silicone sealant between the walls and the foundation slab (and also onto the lawn), even though sealing wasn't part of the current discussions. Another technician was supposed to replace the damaged parapet but had the wrong one with him,

Our garage was erected on December 13, 2021, and it is exactly as the seller, Kamran Hajizada, contractually agreed upon with us, both inside and out. However, without his thorough preparation, the result might have been different. We can wholeheartedly recommend him. M.C.
