Unfortunately, we received poor advice, and then they displayed a sample that was not representative at all. We ordered our entire parquet flooring based on this sample and discovered that it doesn't match the sample in the slightest and has many knots. Unfortunately, less than one star isn't an option! After a half-hour drive, we were met with a bored employee at his desk, a good five meters from the customer service counter, who mumbled after several minutes that the desired parquet flooring wasn't available in sufficient quantity.
