This company belongs on the blacklist. A high-priced estimate that's already very expensive, sloppy work performed by "professionals" that in no way matches the bold promises on their website. A substantive complaint and claim were followed by an arrogant and disrespectful response from management: no response at all. No willingness to discuss, no contact, even after reducing the invoice payment. Only the initiation of dunning proceedings. Customer focus seems to be a foreign concept to this company. Conclusion: Better no roller shutter than roller shutter from Pawlak.
