During renovations at the end of 2022, we unexpectedly hit a water pipe. Peters + Lackmann repaired the damage within an hour. Following this, we also wanted Peters + Lackmann to handle the bathroom plumbing and the installation of a new gas boiler. After an on-site visit, they presented us with three options, each with a visualization and cost estimate (installation based on the scope of work during the renovation). At the initial on-site meeting, the manager only showed up after I called to inquire. The meeting itself was very friendly and informative, so I was looking forward to the quote. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it. After three months, I'm not expecting any improvement, hence this poor review. UPDATE regarding response: I regret to inform you that your managing director did visit me and take down all the necessary information. A preliminary quote was supposed to follow, but unfortunately, it never did. (I can, by the way, provide proof of this ;-)
