Due to storm damage to our shed roof, we contacted Pilch Roofing two years ago for repairs. Unfortunately, due to scheduling difficulties, almost a year passed before the work could begin. After requesting a quote and providing photos of the construction site, the company remained unresponsive for months (despite repeated inquiries) and did not submit a quote, not even mentioning that they weren't interested or didn't have the time. After almost three months of no response, the managing director threatened to terminate my contract because of a critical post. I'm avoiding this company and recommending the same to others.

Thank you for the quick help. After a storm, we discovered that a roof tile had come loose and was already lying in the gutter. If the tile had fallen, it would have crashed directly into the glass roof of our conservatory. While I contacted at least five roofing companies for help, I was always turned down, told they didn't have time for such minor repairs. Not so with Pilch! Their employees were on site the very next day and repaired the damage immediately.

We needed new skylights and, after receiving several quotes, chose Pilch (a good impression and fair price were the deciding factors). We're very happy with our decision :-) The employees were exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented, and they left the work area very clean. We are extremely satisfied with the installed windows. We'll need more skylights in the future – we'll definitely contact Pilch again.

All work was completed on time and thoroughly. Friendly, competent staff. Everything was exactly as discussed beforehand, both in terms of execution and price. The effect of the blown-in insulation and flat roof insulation is greater than expected. We need to heat significantly less, it's warmer, and the radiant cold from the walls is gone. Now we're really looking forward to the solar panels! We can wholeheartedly recommend Pilch Roofing.
