Even this one star is too much. The staff are very aloof and arrogant, and extremely unfriendly. You can't even speak to the lawyer directly! They provide no information about the status of your case. Because the majority of clients don't want any information, we also don't want any from the law firm. Never again!!!! I've never heard of or experienced anything like this. It's truly sad.

So I called, but unfortunately, I was immediately brushed off by a woman on the phone. "Mr. Preuss is fully booked and doesn't have time, good luck, goodbye." If you're advertising with a link on YouTube, have a "First Consultation by Phone" button on your website, and then interrupt and brush off someone on the phone, you should really update your website accordingly.
