From the initial consultation with Mr. Golla to the work carried out by his employee (whose name I unfortunately don't recall), everything went perfectly. The schedule was reliably adhered to, and the work area was left clean and tidy. The whole family is thrilled with the result. Highly recommended.

My opinion of Raumwerk is mixed. The positive aspect is the consultation; it was good, and we felt well taken care of. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. It started with the advice to paint the room beforehand, instead of afterward as we had originally planned. This backfired spectacularly, as the walls and some of the doors had stains and marks after the installation. Then, they seriously tried to deny that the stains were caused by the installation, even though it was more than obvious. A subcontractor (Parkett Greifzu, 47803 Krefeld) was used for the installation. Their work

From the initial consultation and communication to the quote, the on-site visit, the suggested alternatives, and the actual repair work, everything was handled very professionally and exceptionally well!
