I absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews here. My experience was completely different. She showed no empathy whatsoever and lacked any sensitivity towards people. She didn't listen at all; all she cared about was money. While I was trying to explain the problem, she kept interrupting me to bring up payment (advance fee, consultation costs, etc.). She showed no understanding of the complex situation during the initial consultation and left a very unprofessional impression overall. I would not recommend her at all. Ms. Holtmann represented me in a custody dispute. I was very emotional during the proceedings, and Ms. Holtmann noticed this.
