REHE GmbH

The company REHE is currently replacing all the water valves in our apartment complex. However, their employees are using the walls and floors as scrap paper – short handwritten notes are appearing everywhere, which our building manager has also confirmed. In my view, this is completely unacceptable. I will strongly advocate at the next owners' meeting that REHE is no longer awarded any contracts in our complex.

The company Rehe has been trying for a month to get our heating system (pump replacement) working again, without success! The system is from 2017. They only work intermittently, there's no emergency service, and even on regular weekdays, they're unreachable by phone. You're often put on hold for up to an hour without any help. This company doesn't seem very competent to me. I advise everyone against choosing this company for a new heating system. High maintenance costs without the desired results.

It took almost two months, including countless phone calls, to get a quote for a leak test. I haven't figured out how much a service costs in three months. If you don't have time due to a busy schedule, that's understandable, but then you let them know and don't leave the customer hanging for months. It's better to go to Fischer, Wagner, or the air conditioning shop. They don't have much time either, but at least they communicate this clearly.

The company Rehe performed installation work for us. A damaged door has still not been replaced, defects have remained unresolved for months, and the in-wall cooling system is still not working despite numerous complaints. What is particularly frustrating is that the managing director of Rehe is not personally present and communicates inappropriately. In particular, malfunctions are downplayed. There is no discernible interest in producing a defect-free product, nor is there any willingness or ability to systematically troubleshoot the problem.

Reliable and good. Rehe helped me out of a very difficult situation. They also helped other apartments in our building this winter. Unfortunately, the waiting times are currently very long.
