We've been living in our Richter house for almost two months now and are very happy with the final result. However, the process wasn't quite as smooth as described in most other reviews. We looked at a total of 15 different solid-construction home building companies and signed the building contract in March 2019. Compared to the competition, Richter-Haus was very transparent, and we received the initial quote very quickly and easily via email.
