We got a very short-notice appointment for our damaged gutter. Several joints needed soldering, as well as a bend in the downpipe. The employees were extremely competent and friendly. We were very disappointed with the price/performance ratio and the way they handled the job. We paid well over €800 for replacing a ventilation tile and about 1.5 meters of HT pipe. Although everything could have been done from the attic, when we inquired about the high bill, they became rude and claimed they "had to work in pairs for legal reasons"—which isn't true if no one went up on the roof. A previously agreed-upon second appointment was simply not kept. Anyone can look at the pictures and judge for themselves whether it really takes 6.5 hours.

Riedel installed new roof windows for us, and everything was excellent from the initial contact to the completion of the job! The employees were very friendly, reliable, and thorough, the advice was superb, and the work was carried out quickly and cleanly. The costs were absolutely fair and transparent, and in the end, even lower than the quoted price. We highly recommend them.
