Absolutely incompetent company. I've been in contact for over a month now to replace a very simple bathroom door. It took two weeks and five or six phone calls just to reach someone other than the secretary. I was asked to take the measurements of the desired door and send them, which I did. After two friendly tradesmen came to my home and took the measurements themselves, there was silence again, even though we were told they would get back to me.
