I contacted the company for a quote to replace a pipe and clear a blockage in the bathroom. I described both tasks precisely over the phone. The technician took photos of the pipe in the basement and sent them directly to the company to get a verbal quote. I then showed him the blockage in the bathroom. He said that all the tiles would have to be removed (???) and that a plumber would have to clear the blockage. He didn't feel obligated to get any tools to take care of it. They always try to do everything possible, and I find the team extremely friendly and polite. Keep up the good work! Friendly and quick. Instead of starting with heavy equipment (camera or drain snake), the plumber tapped on the pipes in the basement. The problem (a sagging pipe) was found immediately and fixed. The price was more than acceptable. Thank you. Highly recommended.

The man on the phone was very nice and gave me good advice! The technician arrived about half an hour later. As far as I could tell, he came with the right tools. He was friendly, personable, and knew his trade. The price was fair for the excellent service! Everything was great again.
