Alex and Jannik from Ruhrpott Fenster were here today to take a look at our windows. At first, it seemed like a simple job, but once they were on site, it turned out to be a bit more complicated than we thought. Nevertheless, they didn't give up, kept working on it, and really tried everything to solve the problem directly. They were very conscientious, friendly, and absolutely competent. The window installer from whom the relatively new patio door was purchased refused to repair the break-in damage – apparently, the job was too small. They didn't even inspect the damage!
