UPDATE: Mr. Samland saw this review online and called me that same evening at 8 PM. He told me he was going to a lawyer. "I now have to pay him a lot of money." He used profanity (the F-word in English) and hung up. Two stars is almost too generous. Extremely unprofessional. There was some sort of dispute with the property manager. Exemplary in every respect! On-site consultation with the owner, without any pressure to buy. Excellent communication; emails are answered immediately. The installation of our double garage door was carried out by highly competent and friendly employees who clearly enjoy their work. They even installed an extra switch :-) Excellent instruction on operation and maintenance. The site was left clean. I can wholeheartedly recommend Samland.

Dear Samland Team, From the initial email inquiry regarding the appointment, to the subsequent phone call to arrange the measurements, everything went smoothly. Mr. Samland came in person to take the measurements, and it was done very quickly. It was a very pleasant and friendly appointment. Update to an installation we had done almost 3 1/2 years ago. I sent an email on a Sunday explaining a small problem: something was rubbing and scratching, and the gate was occasionally getting stuck. On Monday, I received a call directly from the owner, Mr. Samland. We discussed it briefly, and the very next day, Tuesday, he came to look at it and resolved everything quickly.
