I ordered two automatic garage door openers and got the right support to get it installed nicely in my garage (very simple kit to install but every garage layout is different) The installation was pretty simple : taking my time and being quite a perfectionist, it took me 3h for the first one and 45 minutes for the second one including the bow arm adapter fitting. Absolutely blown away by the after sales service that this company provided! We bought our house a few years ago and it already had one of the Force garage door openers installed. We've no idea when it was bought nor did we have proof of purchase so we were fairly sure that when a fault occurred that it definitely wouldn't be covered by warranty. To cut a long story short, when we got in touch with the company to find out if they had any local connections in the UK who might be able to service it, Patrick replied to say that they would be happy to repair it free of charge as long as we paid

Cannot praise the customer care experience more highly. I bought a force 1000 operator from bau-shop 34 months ago, unfortunately it failed, an email to Patrick Wilson was all I required to effect a no-quibble repair within the guarantee period. To make my life easier Patrick sold me a new Schartec 1000 at an excellent discount, including shipping. It arrived here in three days and an hour later was fully operational. The product is great value for money, efficient and quiet. The service is superb.

I did a lot of research to find my 3rd garage door opener (1st one lasted 10 yrs, 2nd one barely 3 yrs) and finally whittled it down to 2 but I simply couldn't ignore that the Schartec 1200 was £150 cheaper. So I ordered on a Monday and it arrived from Germany on Wednesday - good start!! Installation was straightforward (having already done 2) - good start continued! Now it really got impressive - basically set itself up, programmed the remotes (very simple), closed the door and the machine went through an automatic cycle setting open, close and force limits all on it's own!! Brilliant - saved

I have been actively using the garage door opener ( move 600) and have been delighted with my purchase. The companies product and after sales customer service are both out of this world.
