For the second time, we commissioned Schöwitz Construction to carry out work on our house. This time, we needed to renovate our stairwell from the basement to the attic. We are very pleased with the result. Mr. Arikan provided excellent advice for the project. The work began on schedule, and the two employees (Sasa and Ante) did a fantastic job (masking, execution, and final cleaning). Both were always very friendly and pleasant, and they were even open to minor changes afterward. We can only congratulate Schöwitz Construction on having such great employees. We had the entire house painted from top to bottom. The painters were very friendly and competent, and they gave us excellent advice on choosing the right colors. Even the dark wooden ceiling now shines with a bright, new luster. The initial consultations and planning with Vezir Ibrahimi were helpful, and he was always available by phone. We had Schöwitz paint our house, including plastering the baseboards and one wall. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and the customer service (we were always available to contact them)! The painting team worked very cleanly and precisely! Everything was completed on schedule!

After a long wait, the work (new plaster, fabric, etc.) was completed to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, previously removed fixtures were not reattached after the work was completed, and plaster residue remained on the window panels and door frames, which somewhat marred the otherwise good impression. Communication between the office and the client could be improved.
