We had our bathroom in our old apartment completely renovated by Özgec – and we are more than satisfied with the result! From the very beginning, we felt we were in good hands. The consultation was honest and professional, and all our wishes were taken into account – from replacing all the water pipes to installing a modern, walk-in shower. The drywall and tiling work was also carried out with great care and skill. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. I'm absolutely thrilled! I submitted my request and details via the app on Friday, received a very pleasant phone call with lots of information the same day, and then got an appointment for the device installation on Monday. Fantastic service, and even cheaper than initially quoted! Highly recommended!

Very disappointing: My tap was damaged while the water heater was being filled, and no responsibility was taken. I had to deal with the consequences and bear the costs alone. I cannot recommend this company. May Allah reward you for what you did to me.
