SENEC

I've gotten the new LFP modules. Things like quality issues like this will happen, not only to SENEC. Largely my old batteries had run on 70% capacity, and for the other part I did get some refund. No big deal. All in all, I have to compliment SENEC on seeing the matter through, and not pulling the plug on it, which had caused the customers serious problems. 1 minus star is the communication back and forth, that could be improved.

My SENEC Home V3 battery has been fantastic, now my battery modules are due to be swapped out for new modules. Equally as impressive is SENEC'S customer service. I understand the logistical challenges of switching so many battery modules. But considering this is something that comes from SENEC without me having to do anything speaks a lot about them as a company. EDIT 09.04.2025: Modules have been swapped out. The team that did it was great! Instead of having 7,5 KWh I now have 10KWh! I have no complaints at all!

The new batteries are excellent up till now. Everything is working fine (to be honest, I expected this from the start, however, better late than never). Give my compliments to the guys who let this happen, good work!

Until now, I had not written a review of the overall installation of my PV system, which I would like to do here. This is an installation in Pakenham Victoria. Unit has a very loud abnormal sound and sometimes Temperature of the battery goes higher than normal. We have contacted technical support over 10 times. However nothing has happened yet. Very disappointed with their after sale service. Never recommend this product
