The Siekmann team is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not recommended for older gas heating systems (e.g., Vaillant). Despite pleasant communication, the problems with the older system could not be resolved.

I've been a Siekmann customer for over 20 years, but I also know other heating engineers. Of course, the quality of service varies from technician to technician. I haven't had any bad experiences. What's very important to me is that help is provided quickly in an emergency, and that's always been the case and hasn't changed under the new management. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely excellent. I can recommend Siekmann without reservation.

Very fast and reliable service! I had three orders, all of which were accepted and completed on the same day without any problems, and the invoice was delivered the same day! That's what I call service! From now on, I will only work with this company.

For the past 10 years, Siekmann GmbH has been handling maintenance, installations, and the installation of a district heating substation, including all pipework and demolition work. Everything was completed on time, reliably, and professionally once again (this time exceptionally well done by Mr. Rahmel), and the owner always honors his cost estimates. It couldn't be better!

We had a burst water pipe in our basement a few days ago. The employees from Siekmann came immediately and repaired the pipe. Afterwards, they thoroughly pumped out the water from the basement, so nothing was damaged in the basement. The whole thing was done in no time. We are more than satisfied! Thank you so much!
