Apartment building: extremely confusing and unreliable preliminary planning. Scheduled appointments were NOT kept. No documentation, no planning. The company is only registered as a trading business, working with subcontractors without any qualifications (roofing work from Slovakia). They enter the building at will and carry out work arbitrarily: holes everywhere, broken plaster, and only unqualified work. No roof or stringer plans… this company shouldn't have any permits.
