I've already given the company a very good review. This was after our initial contact, which was ages ago. We wanted to have a photovoltaic system installed on our old building. Mr. Prell received all the necessary documents and information from us but never responded. This doesn't meet my expectations of good customer service. A shame.

I can highly recommend this young company. Price-wise, it's a great alternative to the all-inclusive packages offered by competing providers, saving us several thousand euros in our case. The scaffolding didn't need to be erected on the neighboring property, so we avoided any potential stress or problems with the neighbors. The solar panels were installed at the beginning of May, and the system was up and running by June 15th. Our electricity bill from the grid operator immediately dropped by 80%. Now all that's missing is the feed-in to the grid. But this should also be billed retroactively

Technical implementation was okay, organization was oh dear, this "communication" was simply frustrating 🙈🙈🙈☹️☹️ I placed the order here because of the good first impression and the regionality. However, a few things went wrong, which are still not resolved after six months. Reimbursements of a few hundred euros are outstanding, so now I have to cover the repairs to the balcony and driveway myself after what was supposed to be a minor insurance claim during installation.
