Spanke replaced our gas boiler. From the initial visit to the installation, I can only say that I felt very well taken care of. The boiler was installed by very friendly and competent staff who were always available to answer questions and listen to suggestions. The collaboration was excellent. From a landlord's perspective, this is an absolute rip-off, and for tenants, it's simply a headache! Their commitment to completing the job is more of a "guideline." For every follow-up or rework request, Spanke has to send out another employee to "assess the situation," even though their own employee has documented everything and the problem description was provided both verbally and in writing. When the appointment finally takes place, of course, neither materials nor supplies are available. The ladies on the phone are very friendly and helpful, hence the two stars – otherwise, no stars. After the heating system was serviced by one of their employees, it completely failed a few weeks later. Despite having a maintenance contract, they couldn't offer a timely appointment! They claimed to be too busy. We then called the company's emergency service – they were unable to repair the heating system. We have since switched to a fantastic plumbing company from Krefeld, who fixed everything and are reliable and competent.
