Details: Originally, our toilet cistern was broken, and we took the opportunity to replace our 20-year-old toilet. My wife has always wanted a shower toilet. Mr. Boettcher was as competent as ever. The sink drainpipe was leaking. He immediately found and fixed the problem. He also renewed the grout around the sink, very neatly. I'm so glad we found such a plumber and will definitely not be switching. 👍😀

Absolutely deserves 5 stars plus. My bathroom was completely renovated within 3 weeks, as agreed, and the work was done exceptionally well. I selected the products I needed (toilet, walk-in shower, shower fittings, faucet, etc.) beforehand, and they were delivered and installed flawlessly. The communication between Mr. Böttcher and the tiler he works with was also excellent, allowing them to work together seamlessly and preventing any delays. Overall, I can highly recommend Mr. Böttcher and the tiler.
