Of course, there are always problems in the construction industry, delays occur, and things just don't run 100% smoothly, and that was the case with us as well. We had a foundation slab of approximately 40 m² built by TaHaMm and are completely satisfied! Communication was excellent throughout – fast, clear, and professional. We were particularly impressed by the team's reliability and flexibility. Despite minor challenges, a suitable solution was always found. After a very disappointing experience with another company, we came across TaHaMm Bau and were thankfully pleasantly surprised. Good and quick communication via MyHammer or WhatsApp was possible. The guys on site did a good job; they would have wrapped everything dustproof, but since I was in the middle of construction, I didn't care and saved them the trouble. It's best to arrange a site visit beforehand to avoid any annoying complications. The boss and team were very fair and friendly, and they found an acceptable solution on site. Two 4.5m steel beams were installed to create an opening in a load-bearing wall.

I commissioned THM Bau to renovate a basement window and enlarge the light well. The work was carried out quickly, cleanly, and with impeccable craftsmanship. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent communication: Mr. Uyar was always responsive to my requests, regularly inquired about my satisfaction, and openly received and promptly implemented suggestions for improvement. I felt well taken care of throughout and can wholeheartedly recommend him.
