We've been working with the software for many years and were generally satisfied. However, our satisfaction has significantly decreased recently. The support team is unreachable: on the phone, you're put on hold for hours, then the call is disconnected. A support ticket we've submitted has remained unprocessed for weeks, even after numerous email inquiries. There's no information whatsoever about how long a support ticket will take or even if it's being processed at all. Previously, I could reach human support after just a few calls or they would call me back.

Unacceptable service and disastrous development after the takeover. Disappointing is absolutely the right word to describe your service. We can only echo the numerous negative reviews. Since the takeover of One Qrew, it's been a complete disaster – from the cumbersome user interface to the utterly unfriendly way you treat your customers. It's truly disappointing and completely unprofessional. The introduction of Taifun+, in particular, has been a catastrophe.
