I participated in the cutting board workshop and I'm still thrilled. It was a fantastic Saturday with a group of many friendly participants. After learning about different types of wood and receiving tips on the technical and creative aspects of making such a board, we soon got to work crafting our own. Karsten was a perfect host throughout the day (the food was excellent the whole time), offering advice, tips, inspiration, and guidance, until everyone had their own cutting board by late afternoon. What a fantastic experience and a wonderful day at the cutting board workshop! Even with no prior knowledge and only moderate woodworking skills, I, a complete novice, was able to build a creative and very high-quality cutting board. In addition, I gained extensive insights into wood science and heard many interesting stories along the way. If you're looking for a truly special and creative experience, I highly recommend this workshop. For me, it was worth every penny!

I attended the "Exclusive Cutting Board" course and I'm absolutely thrilled. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to go home at the end of the day with a beautiful end-grain cutting board and a smile on their face. Karsten is an incredibly positive and warm person who radiates a joy for his craft that is simply contagious. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our group of four participated in the "Bacon Board" woodworking workshop and had a thoroughly enjoyable day with Karsten, including delicious food. I have rarely met someone as passionate and dedicated as Karsten. From the very beginning, he shared a great deal about his career and work with us. His stories about his various projects and the many things that can be made from wood (combined with other materials) were particularly fascinating. While we were making our bacon boards, he supported us with a great sense of humor, clear and calm instructions, and plenty of helpful tips and tricks.
