Poor service – multiple inquiries and follow-ups go unanswered, or if they do, without a solution. You're constantly given the runaround and left to fend for yourself if problems arise later with the carpentry work (e.g., a defective door). Very disappointing. As a customer, you feel anything but well taken care of.
