Feinschliff Carpentry – Highly recommended! We commissioned Feinschliff Carpentry to create a large window seat, window sills, and various shelves for vanities and countertops. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their high level of professionalism and excellent service. Communication was always friendly and straightforward, and our wishes were implemented precisely and to the highest quality standards. The window seat is a real highlight in our home and has perfectly enhanced the room. The window sills and shelves also fit perfectly and were crafted with great attention to detail.

We had a custom-built stairwell built by this carpentry workshop, incorporating some unusual special requests. Our experience was fantastic! We did have to follow up a few times, but that's to be expected these days. We always received prompt and friendly answers and information. The service was excellent, and the craftsmanship was simply superb and professional. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended!

One of the best carpentry workshops in Bielefeld. They offer top-notch advice, flexibility, and excellent value for money. Nothing here is mass-produced, but everything is high quality! We've called the workshop over several times, describing what we wanted and where. They then developed proposals, and we chose the one that suited us best. After that, the work was carried out, and everyone in the house is still very, very happy. We'd gladly use them again!

Absolutely unreliable company. An appointment was scheduled, but they didn't keep it. An employee contacted me to arrange a higher-priority alternative appointment. Of course, they never called me back. On top of that, I've already purchased faucets and sinks that cost over €1000. Now I have to send all the materials back so I don't end up stuck with the bill. I called the company a whopping 10 times today, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. No one answered the phone, and they never called back. I also requested a callback through their website, which, naturally, they ignored as well.

We had a wall unit installed a few years ago and were extremely happy with it. Now we wanted to change the layout slightly, and this was arranged immediately. The team is simply fantastic. In short: friendly, competent, and fair. We will definitely be placing another order with them. Thank you so much!
