Last year, the carpentry shop shortened several interior doors and an entrance door for us. This work was carried out professionally, and the employees were punctual and very friendly. Afterwards, we arranged for them to replace all the door hinges and also to design and build a custom shelf. However, this never happened. The hinges were supposedly ordered, and I was told I would be contacted as soon as they arrived—but the carpentry shop never contacted me.
