Triosan completed our heat pump installation project to our complete satisfaction. The consultation, planning (including heat load calculation), adaptation to our local conditions, and personal preferences were all carried out professionally and reliably. After a realistic test at temperatures of -7 degrees Celsius, during which the auxiliary heater didn't need to be activated as the heat pump handled it on its own, we are absolutely convinced that we chose the right model and the right company.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review, as even the initial contact failed. During the first phone call, my request for a maintenance contract for my heat pump and the defective water circulation pump was received politely. I was told they would call me back. It sounded to me as if it would happen sometime that morning. I dared to call back, as I had to go to work, but was informed that it wouldn't happen so quickly. I called again after a few days. I was told that I would receive a call. Now I've waited over a week for a callback – in vain. What a shame!

TrioSan installed a new gas boiler (Wolf brand) in our single-family home. Review: Thursday, 14.5 degrees Celsius room temperature and the failed attempt to start up our very old system. Contacting other companies wasn't "encouraging." Based on a recommendation, we contacted TrioSan. What followed was simply perfect. Friendly telephone contact on Thursday.
