Oh man...some of the things you read here...it's astonishing what kind of mind some people have. I've been a customer of Tross since 2012. I've never experienced anything like this! Everything is always explained properly and in detail, and of course, that costs money. I've always been satisfied with every repair/inspection, and there have never been any problems with buying new vehicles or having them customized. For me, it's a top dealer/workshop, and you can say what you want. The price-performance ratio is excellent! The fact that I might switch to another brand soon has absolutely not

This workshop is not recommended. If you don't specify exactly what needs to be done, they'll just do whatever they want. They performed work on my motorcycle, but the problem I brought it in for in the first place wasn't found or fixed. They also said everything was "working" again, but on my next ride, it was exactly the same as before, except I had less money in my account. Luckily, I found a buyer who purchased my motorcycle with the problem still present, and he knew what the issue was – the workshop didn't.

I received excellent, friendly, and competent advice and instructions. Highly recommended retailer. I would gladly buy from them again.

A fantastic team! No matter how urgently you need something, you'll get it, and in my case, I never had to wait long. The prices are completely fair, and service and quality are very important here. Appointment is always recommended, no matter how small the problem, but even with spontaneous visits, the team around the boss will try to help wherever they can. I always recommend it.
