This isn't mentioned or agreed upon beforehand; instead, services are billed based on a "report" signed after the initial assessment is completed. Accordingly, we commissioned Ullrich to conduct a survey, plan the project, and prepare a quote. Unfortunately, the survey was based on outdated architect's plans and not on the actual pipework.
