I've been waiting for two months for an urgent appointment. The water pressure is so low that it's almost impossible to shower. The work was commissioned last year. I don't understand why it's taking so long to get an appointment, especially since it's truly urgent and this urgency has been communicated repeatedly.

I commissioned Röhrs in 2024 to install a photovoltaic system. In November 2025, I reported a malfunction in our photovoltaic system. Since then, the system has been out of service. Numerous calls, letters, and threats of legal action later, at the end of February 2026, our system is still defective and not generating any electricity. The scheduled service appointment today was delayed but at least carried out. A processing time of 3 to 4 months for a warranty claim is far too long.

Feedback: A heartfelt thank you for the new Viessmann heat pump that was installed in our 1924 house. One star for every day of installation. Communication, planning, clean work – all excellent. Very friendly staff. Hot water is now available. We're looking forward to warming the house this autumn. Thanks to the entire team who worked on the project.

Three years ago, I had Röhrs renovate my bathroom. The overall result is good, but several unpleasant incidents arose during and after the renovation, particularly related to the tiling. Although Mr. Röhrs was always approachable, I have unfortunately lost confidence in his thorough and honest work and would not commission another renovation/repair.

In March 2024, Röhrs installed a photovoltaic system including storage in our detached single-family home. The professional advice (here, from Mr. Matzat) and the ultimately fair offer with "everything from a single source" at the guaranteed price according to the offer convinced us. The installation was carried out on time and on schedule by a very friendly and great team. Communication was always problem-free, the office was always easy to reach, and promised callbacks/emails were received promptly.
