Walbrück renovated our second bathroom this year. Back in 2024, we had our guest toilet completely renovated – as a kind of test run. All the work was carried out exactly as discussed beforehand, and most importantly: exactly as we had envisioned it. All our questions were always answered promptly. We never had to chase anyone down. The planning and support from the managing director, as well as the execution, were top-notch. If company vehicles aggressively cut me off at high speed in a 30 km/h zone, the driver shouts insults at me, and the company has apparently been caught doing this before, I don't want anyone from Walbrück GmbH in my house. This is terrible advertising, and according to other reviews, it's not an isolated incident.
