Disappointing across the board... In September 2024, we commissioned Mr. Emde to build two fitted wardrobes. The agreement stipulated that the work would be completed by the end of 2024. As allergy/asthmatic sufferers, we inquired beforehand whether the wardrobes would emit any unpleasant fumes. This was denied; at most, they would smell slightly of lemon cleaner initially. After several last-minute cancellations, the wardrobe for the bedroom arrived shortly before Christmas. Unfortunately, the agreed-upon "custom-made" design failed. Mr. Emde and his team come highly recommended! Their excellent availability and lightning-fast response to change requests are particularly noteworthy. They are also very patient with inexperienced customers… ;) From the initial on-site quote to the installation, less than three weeks passed. Furthermore, the quality of work is truly excellent, and the prices are fair. All in all, we are completely satisfied.

Mr. Emde responded to my email inquiry promptly. Because I received such competent advice, I placed the order. The work was carried out very quickly and perfectly. Since I don't live in Münster, I was kept informed throughout the work process via photo documentation. It's also worth noting that the construction site was left spotless. Thank you again for that.
