We commissioned Wunsch AK Bau because we were explicitly promised a Q4 finish. The recommendation came from Mr. Friese of Bien Zenker, which is why we assumed we were in good hands. However, after completion of the work, it became clear that the work was not of Q4 quality, but merely a mixture of Q2 and Q3. The surfaces exhibit visible unevenness, bumps, traces of filler, and structural defects. When we pointed this out, we were still assured that it was a Q4 finish.
