Unfortunately, I can only partially understand the positive reviews. I've seen many of the company's construction sites, and the workmanship is top-notch as far as I can tell. I then inquired about their services, but haven't received any response to my attempts to contact them for three weeks. A simple rejection if they didn't want to provide a quote would have been appreciated.

Fast and uncomplicated help after storm damage. The entire team, from the very friendly and helpful lady in the office to the work carried out, was absolutely professional, quick, and efficient. The handling of the insurance claim was also seamless. We would gladly hire the ZEP team again!
